SALES MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of sales team.
- Increase revenue.
- Client relations.
- Compiling and submitting weekly and monthly management reports.
- Administration duties.
- Control sales budget and monitor expenses
SKILLS:

EXPERIENCE:

- 5 years sales experience (experience in the security industry will be an advantage).

ARMED RESPONSE OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Grade 12 compulsory
- Valid Grade C, Armed Response
- PSIRA registered
- Valid driver’s license (minimum 1 years driving experience)
- Valid Firearm Competency (SAPS)
- Previous Armed Reaction experience compulsory
- Physically fit
- Fluent in English
- No criminal record
- Must reside in Tshwane metropolitan area
- Must be able to work shifts (3 dayshift, 3 nightshift and 3 days off).
- Good communication skills.

CONTROL ROOM MANAGER
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- 12
- 1-year management experience
- 1-year experience as a manager in a Control room/call centre environment compulsory
- Security grade A
- Psira registered
- Valid driver’s licence
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Willing to work overtime
- Must reside in Centurion area
- Must have reliable transport
- Knowledge of Listener software compulsory

DUTIES:
- Effectively manage all equipment in the control room
- Effectively manage control room personnel
- Effectively handle client complaints
- Administration for example leave forms, rosters, etc.
- Assist with training of control room personnel
- Assist with the recruitment of control room personnel
CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Grade C PSIRA registered
- Own reliable transport.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Good customer service skills
- Good written and oral communication skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, and Excel is compulsory
- Experience in the security industry will be an advantage
- Must reside in the Tshwane Metropolitan area.
