Visibility Patrol Leads to Successful Arrest of Suspects in Highveld

Yesterday, during visibility patrols, Monitor Net members identified a suspicious vehicle in the Highveld area.

The member promptly called for back-up, and multiple SAPS officers and security personnel responded to the scene.

The vehicle was intercepted by Lyttelton SAPS. Upon searching the vehicle, items commonly used in theft from motor vehicles were discovered, along with a signal jammer.

Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was stolen from Krugersdorp.

The suspects were detained and arrested by Lyttelton SAPS.
