A stolen motorcycle was successfully recovered shortly after being taken in the Irene area. Monitor Net officers responded swiftly and located the motorcycle in an open field near the scene of the theft. The officers secured the area while further investigations were conducted.
The Lyttelton SAPS attended the scene for further investigation.
