On Tuesday morning as our Reaction units were busy with routine patrol in the Raslouw area, we spotted an abandoned motorcycle. We called Wierdabrug SAPS for assistance on the scene.
The motorcycle was taken by the Police for further investigation. Through the Community Groups and good work by the community, the owner was located and reunited with his motorcycle at Wierdabrug Police Station.
This is another good example to get involved with your local crime-fighting initiative.
Well done to all role players, in the successful return of the motorcycle. Together we are stronger.
