Monitor Net Officers Assists in Detention of Two Housebreaking Suspects

Monitor Net’s officers, together with SAPS, assisted in the successful detention of two suspects believed to be linked to a housebreaking incident in Valhalla. The incident was brought to the attention of security teams after a vigilant community member reported a lookout following a housebreaking. Multiple security service providers immediately responded and remained on alert for the suspect vehicle.

 

The vehicle was spotted by SAPS members. With additional backup requested, Monitor Net and other responding security teams assisted in bringing the vehicle to a stop. Two suspects were detained. During the intervention, housebreaking implements were recovered, and the vehicle was reportedly also wanted by SAPS.

 

Further investigations will be conducted to determine whether the suspects can be linked to additional incidents and cases in the area. A special well done to all members involved for their professionalism, teamwork and commitment to keeping our communities safe.
